The payment of $299 NZD is a requirement before getting it started. This payment is non-refundable. Overseas Bank fees will be paid by the payer if incurred.

International Shipping Terms and Disclaimer
All table tennis blades/rackets are shipped via Taiwan Post (registered/insured mail with tracking), or New Zealand Post (1. by Air, Economy, or 2. by EMS Courier with tracking, extra NZ$50 to be paid through "EMS New Zealand extra postage" if requested by you). Delivered as a gift in the Customs Declaration form. Delivery Target: 3 - 13 working days.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk transfer to the buyer once the package is handed to the post office. We provide tracking info, but cannot guarantee timely delivery, safe arrival, or freedom from customs delays/losses.
Failed Delivery: No refunds for product, shipping, or duties if delivery fails due to incorrect address, incorrect post code, unclaimed packages, refused customs clearance, or postal issues. Reshipment (at buyer's cost) is optional if item returns undamaged.
Customs & Duties: Buyer is solely responsible for all import taxes, duties, VAT, and clearance fees. We declare accurate value/contents (e.g., "table tennis blade, USD XX value")—misdeclarations void claims.
Liability Limit: Our responsibility ends at posting. Postal insurance limits apply (typically low); optional extra insurance available at checkout. We assist with tracking inquiries, but disclaim losses/damages beyond our control.
