TigerWing Table Tennis is once again partnering with Taiwan’s renowned manufacturer Double Day to unveil a major new release this August — the TigerWing Ex racket, a powerful new entry point into the TigerWing style.
Today, TigerWing Table Tennis officially announced the release of the TigerWing Ex, a new racket model exclusively crafted by Double Day. Designed specifically for the innovative and distinctive TigerWing playing system, this racket is set to introduce players worldwide to a new era of dual-surface play.
This custom racket, developed for the TigerWing School, is purpose-built for the unique combination of shakehand RSB (Reverse Shakehand Backhand), long pimples rubber, and a no-twiddling approach. It features a 5-ply all-wood (5W) construction, with one side inverted rubber and the other long pimples, finished in a classic black-and-red color scheme. The ergonomically designed TigerWing handle eliminates the need for traditional twiddling, allowing players to immediately experience the signature feel of World Hopes Champion Eli Ho. This marks the beginning of a new generation in TigerWing play.
The TigerWing Ex stands out as a rare and innovative racket, enabling players of all levels to seamlessly step into the TigerWing School. It offers a complete system of high-level play, combining deception, multi-directional attacks, and the concept of “third and fourth surfaces” — expanding tactical possibilities and unpredictability beyond conventional blades. With excellent touch and control, it helps build a strong technical foundation, comparable to high-end custom TigerWing equipment. It is widely regarded as the most accessible and affordable TigerWing racket on the market, ideal for beginners and enthusiasts, while also allowing intermediate players to replicate Eli Ho’s championship style. In 2026, this will be the first racket to fully deliver the complete TigerWing system in an entry-level format.

New Zealand Post by Air, Economy, with semi-tracking, free delivery, or
New Zealand Post by EMS Courier with tracking, extra NZ$50 to be paid through one of our products named "EMS New Zealand extra postage", if requested by you.
Delivered with a Customs Declaration Form in which it was ticked as a gift in the "Category of Item" or "Description of Contents" section.
Delivery time target: 3 - 13 working days.
